Just thought I'd share a some news about your great soap and the rave reviews it gets from all who use it!

I bought three bars of Virgil's Fisherman's Friend Soap and use it to scrub my hands clean after gardening. I figured three bars would last me well through the summer, and the non-flowery scent keeps the bees from thinking I'm a flower when I'm out in the yard.

Well, my husband took one of my reserve bars of soap fishing with him and now refuses to give it back...he loves it so much! To top it all off, the tree trimmers stopped by the other day and I let one of them use the soap to clean his hands. He was amazed that it took the tar and grime off of his hands so easily, so I sent my last bar home with him. Needless to say, it's time to re-order -- this time I'll hide my own personal stash!

I can not say enough good things about Virgil's soaps. I have 3 boys and I make them wash their hands numerous times a day so we go through soap quick in our household. Virgil's soap definately holds up to the Fredrickson family test month after month. The same bar of soap has lasted at least four times longer than a bar of Dial. The pumice on the bottom of the soap is what I especially like because the boys hands get extra clean and I can definitely see the difference the pumice makes. Thank you for such a great product, you have a customer for life!

We were looking for something unique as a gift for our Dad. He loves to fish. We found Virgil's and purchased the Deluxe Fisherman's Gift Basket. Dad loved it - Couldn't wait to get out to his favorite fishing lake to use the lures and test the soap. He said the soap really worked at getting the fishing smells from his hands and he loved the cookbook too. Said he'd never gotten such a nice gift before-one that he really wanted to use. Virgil's filled the order immediately - it was shipped the next morning and Dad got the package in 3 days with regular ground shipping. We got a friendly email from one of the family members too encouraging us to make suggestions for new product ideas. I liked that a lot.I would shop here again.

On a weekend outing almost two months ago, I had a friend (a pipe smoker who was the only one of four of us not to catch any fish last year) try Virgil's Fisherman's Friend soap...and so did I. He ended up catching four catfish and a couple of crappies, and I caught a few too. Now I'm not sure whether it was the soap or not, but he definitely had an improved success rate and I did about the same as I did on the same weekend last year.
